Renting a Boat

Being on water is really what Cape Coral has best to offer. One way to rent a boat is to use Secret places boat rental service. The boat will be delivered at the dock and left there for the rental period. You can just explore canals (there are 400 miles of canals in Cape Coral, not all accessible) or you can explore the gulf coast where dolphins are just waiting for you!

It is not pleasant to go outside canals on windy days (more than 8 miles per hours wind). The Weather site will give you the wind forecast.

Be careful on the river as you exit the canal, you must follow the marine markers because in many area there is less than one feet of water! Also, make sure you respect the speeding zone!
